You will work with product designers, project managers, engineers, and international clients to discover user needs, validate ideas, and improve product usability. Your research will help teams decide what to build, why it matters, and how to improve it.
Junior UX Researcher — Product Discovery
Mediusware is looking for a Junior UX Researcher who is curious about users, products, competitors, and business problems. Your job is not simply to collect requirements. You will help our team understand what should actually be built, why users need it, how competitors solve the problem, and where opportunities exist to create a better product. You will work closely with Product/Project Managers, Product Designers, Tech Leads, and clients during the Product Discovery stage.
