We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer who can take end-to-end ownership of software quality — not someone focused only on manual testing or only on automation. The ideal candidate should be strong across the complete QA lifecycle: requirement analysis, test planning, manual and exploratory testing, API and database testing, automation, performance testing, security fundamentals, CI/CD integration, release validation, production quality, and QA process improvement. You will work closely with developers, product managers, business analysts, designers, DevOps engineers, and clients to ensure we consistently ship reliable, secure, and high-quality software.

Mediusware is looking for a Head of B2B SaaS Marketing & GTM to lead the strategic direction of our marketing function and help us build stronger go-to-market capabilities for Mediusware and selected SaaS clients. We are looking for someone who understands the complete journey: Product → Market → ICP → Positioning → Acquisition → Campaigns → Pipeline → Revenue This is not primarily a graphic-design, content-writing, social-media, SEO, or paid-ads role. We already have specialists across content, visual design, motion/video, UI/UX, growth marketing, LinkedIn acquisition, and development. Your responsibility will be to set the marketing direction, turn strategy into executable plans, guide these specialists, and ensure marketing activities contribute to qualified pipeline and business growth.

Mediusware is looking for a discovery-focused Product Designer who can investigate complex business problems, uncover genuine user needs, challenge assumptions, and validate solutions before they are built. This is not primarily a UI design or Figma-production role. We already have designers who can create polished interfaces. We need someone who can lead the thinking that comes before the interface: understanding what should be built, why it matters, and how we know the proposed solution will work. You will collaborate closely with clients, Product Managers, Tech Leads, designers, and engineers throughout the product lifecycle. Your work will span discovery, research, problem definition, workflow design, prototyping, validation, delivery, and continuous improvement.
