We are looking for a Customer Success & Growth Officer to join our team and play a key role in nurturing long-lasting client relationships, driving business growth, and expanding our service offerings.

As a Customer Success & Growth Officer, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients are satisfied and their needs are met. Your role will involve identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts through referrals, cross-selling, and upselling. You'll be a vital part of our client engagement strategy, working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive growth and enhance the client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients

  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and upselling relevant services

  • Generate referrals and recommendations through exceptional customer engagement

  • Handle inbound and outbound client communications professionally and efficiently

  • Provide excellent product knowledge and explain processes clearly to clients

  • Achieve and exceed assigned KPIs and revenue targets

  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align client growth strategies

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales opportunities, and follow-ups

  • Resolve client issues promptly and escalate when necessary

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection, and service standards

Requirements:

  • Fluent English communication skills (mandatory).

  • Proven experience in B2B customer success, client management, or sales support.

  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Target-driven with a self-motivated and dynamic approach.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

  • Familiarity with software products and ability to learn technical details quickly.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address client issues effectively and find solutions quickly.

  • Ability to understand market trends and client needs to drive proactive solutions.
