We are looking for a Customer Success & Growth Officer to join our team and play a key role in nurturing long-lasting client relationships, driving business growth, and expanding our service offerings.
As a Customer Success & Growth Officer, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients are satisfied and their needs are met. Your role will involve identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts through referrals, cross-selling, and upselling. You'll be a vital part of our client engagement strategy, working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive growth and enhance the client experience.
Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients

Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and upselling relevant services

Generate referrals and recommendations through exceptional customer engagement

Handle inbound and outbound client communications professionally and efficiently

Provide excellent product knowledge and explain processes clearly to clients

Achieve and exceed assigned KPIs and revenue targets

Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align client growth strategies

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales opportunities, and follow-ups

Resolve client issues promptly and escalate when necessary

Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection, and service standards
Requirements:
- Fluent English communication skills (mandatory).
- Proven experience in B2B customer success, client management, or sales support.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a self-motivated and dynamic approach.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Familiarity with software products and ability to learn technical details quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address client issues effectively and find solutions quickly.
- Ability to understand market trends and client needs to drive proactive solutions.
