About the Role

We are looking for a smart, emotionally intelligent, and highly professional Founder Partnerships

Manager to help strengthen relationships with our international startup founders and clients.

This role is focused on: → founder communication

→ client relationship nurturing

→ long-term trust building

→ referral generation

→ founder experience management

You will work closely with the CEO and interact directly with startup founders from the USA and global markets.

Responsibilities

→ Maintain regular communication with startup founders and clients

→ Conduct relationship check-in calls and meetings

→ Build long-term professional relationships with clients

→ Understand founders’ business goals and challenges

→ Identify referral and partnership opportunities

→ Follow up with clients proactively

→ Coordinate founder meetings and communications

→ Engage with founders through LinkedIn and other channels professionally

→ Collect testimonials, feedback, and client success stories

→ Maintain CRM and relationship notes

→ Help improve overall founder/client experience

Requirements

→ Excellent spoken and written English

→ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

→ Emotionally intelligent and socially confident

→ Professional, polished, and proactive personality

→ Comfortable communicating with international startup founders

→ Good understanding of startups, SaaS, or technology industry is a plus

→ Ability to build trust naturally and maintain professional relationships

→ Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Preferred Experience

→ 1–3+ years experience in: → client success

→ partnerships

→ customer relations

→ account management

→ business development

→ founder/community relations

Freshers with exceptional communication skills and maturity may also apply
