About Mediusware Ltd.

Mediusware is a growing global software company working with startups, SaaS founders, and agencies in the US, UK, and beyond.

As we scale, we’re moving design from execution to strategic leadership.

We’re looking for a Head of UX / Design Director who can own UX quality, thinking, and business impact across all projects.

Your Mission

To turn UI/UX at Mediusware into a system, not opinions.

You will:

  • Own UX decisions end-to-end
  • Build consistency, standards, and design systems
  • Lead and mentor designers
  • Defend UX decisions with logic, not taste
  • Align UX with business outcomes (conversion, retention, usability)

What You’ll Do

UX Strategy & Ownership

  • Define UX principles and standards across projects
  • Own design quality — final UX authority
  • Ensure user-centric, scalable design decisions

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor UI/UX designers
  • Establish critique culture (why > what)
  • Define growth paths (Junior Senior Lead)

Client & Business Collaboration

  • Join key client discussions where UX direction matters
  • Explain and defend UX decisions clearly
  • Identify UX-driven upsell opportunities (audits, redesigns, CRO)

Systems & Process

  • Build and maintain design systems
  • Ensure consistency across teams and clients
  • Reduce subjective, ad-hoc design decisions

What We’re NOT Looking For

  • “Only Figma executor”
  • Trend-driven Dribbble designer
  • Someone who always says “client is right”
  • Someone afraid to say no

What We ARE Looking For

  • 7–10+ years in UX / Product / Design leadership
  • Strong understanding of UX thinking, not just UI
  • Experience working closely with developers
  • Ability to explain design decisions logically
  • Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility
  • Business-aware mindset (not just aesthetics)

Why Join Mediusware

  • Real authority, not token leadership
  • Opportunity to shape UX across a growing company
  • Direct access to leadership and decision-making
  • Work on global products and platforms
  • Long-term growth into a company-wide design leader

Final Note

If you believe UX is about thinking, systems, and impact — not just screens — we want to talk to you.
