Project Manager (Mid-Level)

Mediusware is a fast-growing software development company focused on delivering scalable
web, mobile, and enterprise solutions to global clients. We operate with a structured growth
model and are building a high-performance delivery team to support our expansion.

We are looking for a proactive and accountable Project Manager who can take full ownership
of software delivery and ensure successful execution across multiple client projects.

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery — from planning to
execution — ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
This role requires strong leadership, client communication, and execution capability.

Project Delivery & Execution
→ Manage 3–5 software projects simultaneously
→ Define project scope, timeline, and resource allocation
→ Ensure on-time delivery with quality standards
→ Monitor progress and proactively manage risks
Client Communication
→ Lead client meetings and sprint reviews
→ Manage expectations and handle escalations
→ Provide regular project updates and reports
→ Ensure high client satisfaction
Team Coordination
→ Work closely with Developers, QA, UI/UX, and BA
→ Assign tasks and track performance
→ Remove blockers and drive accountability
→ Ensure sprint planning and execution discipline
Process & Reporting
→ Maintain project tracking in ClickUp/Jira
→ Track project profitability and effort utilization
→ Ensure proper documentation and reporting
→ Improve delivery processes continuously

→ 3+ years of experience in Software Project Management
→ Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
→ Experience managing web/mobile development projects
→ Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
→ Strong leadership and decision-making ability
→ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

→ PMP / Scrum Certification (optional but preferred)
→ Experience handling international clients
→ Experience in fixed-cost and hourly projects
→ Basic technical understanding of software architecture
