Busy Brains was designed to transform complex occupational therapy concepts into a clear, playful, and supportive digital learning experience. The platform needed to help children recognize what is happening inside them while giving families practical tools they could use in everyday situations.

Each user role has unique goals. The platform was designed to simplify the daily workflow for buyers, sellers, dealerships, and administrators while maintaining a consistent experience across the ecosystem..

Sellers can publish new listings, update vehicle information, monitor inquiries, manage auctions, and analyze listing performance through one centralized dashboard.

The Toolkit brings together each child’s learning, preferences, brain type, sensory patterns, and selected strategies into one clear personal resource. Children can review their favourite tools, understand which activities support them, and see practical options for different emotional or sensory situations. The final toolkit organizes strategies across movement, breathing, rest, fun, calm, and comfort, helping children and parents choose supportive actions at home, school, or during challenging moments.

The Kids Portfolio gives each child a clear and encouraging overview of their Busy Brains journey. Children can see their profile, brain type, completed modules, earned rewards, favourite tools, and final personalized toolkit within one friendly dashboard. The experience makes progress visible without creating pressure, helping children feel proud of what they have learned while giving parents a simple way to review their child’s strengths, preferences, and regulation strategies.

This guided experience helps children discover which regulation tools work best for their unique brain and body. They can explore four supportive categories—Move My Body, Breathe & Rest, Fun & Recharge, and Cozy & Comfort—then choose the strategies that feel most helpful. Each selection is added to the child’s Brain Backpack, creating a personalized toolkit they can return to during everyday emotional, sensory, or high-energy moments.

The Cozy & Comfort collection helps children explore calming strategies that support safety, connection, and emotional regulation. They can choose from simple options such as hugging a pillow, wrapping in a blanket, using a sensory toy, holding someone’s hand, sitting near a trusted person, or spending quiet time with a pet. Each selected activity can be added to the child’s personalized toolkit, giving them familiar comfort options to use during overwhelming, anxious, or emotionally difficult moments.

The Brain Boss completion screen celebrates the child’s progress after finishing the full Busy Brains journey. A positive achievement badge, encouraging message, and clear completion state help children feel proud of what they have learned about their brain, body, senses, emotions, and regulation tools. Children can revisit previous modules, review their personalized toolkit, or continue with a guided recap, turning program completion into a meaningful milestone rather than the end of the learning experience.

A reusable design system brought consistency across Busy Brains’ learning modules, games, dashboards, sensory activities, progress states, and personalized toolkit experiences. Standardized typography, spacing, colors, illustrations, and interaction patterns helped create a familiar environment for children while improving collaboration between design and development teams.

Basic Training LMS combines structured learning, live instruction, recorded sessions, assessments, progress tracking, organization reporting, and certification in one connected product. The trainee experience keeps learning clear and motivating, while the organization experience reduces administrative work and creates stronger performance visibility.
