About the Role
Mediusware is looking for a smart, proactive, and relationship-oriented individual to help strengthen relationships with our international clients, primarily in the US market.
This role focuses on professional communication, client engagement, research, and long-term relationship building through digital platforms.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain professional relationships with international clients.
- Engage with clients through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Research client companies and identify engagement opportunities.
- Monitor client updates and share relevant insights internally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support client relationship initiatives.
- Help strengthen long-term partnerships through consistent communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates to 2 years of experience are welcome.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Candidates from any academic background may apply. Excellent spoken and written English is essential and will be assessed during the selection process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active on LinkedIn and comfortable using social media professionally.
- Good research and organizational skills.
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) is a plus.
